While you touch on some intricacies of the subject, your post is full of contradicting statements like this:

The only reason as to why there are more blacks arrested than white for the same criminal offenses is the fact that blacks are more likely to commit crimes of any form

So whites are more likely to take drugs, yet blacks are more likely to be arrested for them? How can it be that blacks are more likely to commit crimes of any type yet there are more white drug users? This makes no sense. Wouldnt it be more correct to say blacks are disproportionately targeted for the same offences and that is a sure sign of a systemic racism?

This is from over 40 years ago! Also, the world was a far more racist place in 1974 so you are using statistics from a bias source at a bias time in history to formulate a bias opinion that you obviously want to have.

This post is full of inaccurate information and serious confirmation bias. You barely touch on some of the real reasons, like the fact that black communities are targeted more and the fact that black communities are poorer and use crime as a way to get out of poverty.
