RRB carries out the responsibility of conducting the recruitment drive on behalf of Indian Railways. It is an autonomous body, that is responsible for the recruitment process of much other organization, Department of Government of India. In several regions of India, RRB has its branches that are responsible for the recruitment drives being conducted in that region.
RRB is responsible for conducting the RRB recruitment process in the Western Region. RRB is responsible for the recruitment for the vacancy of 6087 vacant spots out of 62,907 posts being announced by the RRB. Out of 6087 vacancies, 3025 spots are for Unreserved candidates, whereas 901 is for Scheduled Caste, 477 for Scheduled Tribe, and 1653 for Other Backward Caste.
RRB will be releasing the railway group d admit card for the Western Region candidates on its official website. The Exam dates for the Group D recruitment drive is supposedly in the month of September 2018. The admit card for the same will be published on the official website of RRB.
The RRB admit card is the most important document for the candidates appearing for the recruitment examination on the exam dates. The candidate’s detail regarding the authenticity to appear for the examination will be mentioned on the admit card. It is necessary for the candidate to carry the admit card on the date of the examination to the examination center. Any candidate who is not carrying the admit card will not be allowed to appear for the exam.

Steps to Download Group D Admit Card
- The Candidates should visit the official website and find the notification for the availability of admit card.
- The link will be redirecting candidates to the login page for admit card.
- The candidate should enter their login details and submit.
- The candidates’ admits card will be displayed on the screen.
- The candidate should check all the details mentioned on the Admit Card.
- Upon Verification of all the details candidate should download the admit card.
- Candidate must take 2-3 print outs of the Admit Card.
