Iftar is one of the religious observances of Ramadan and is often done as a community, with people gathering to break their fast together. Iftar is taken right after Maghrib time, which is around sunset.
Iftar is basically the evening meal we have during the entire day. Start with having two dates, especially if you are feeling dizziness or suffering from headache due to low blood pressure during the fasting period. Make sure to drink water sufficiently to avoid dehydration. You can also add fruit juices and yogurt to provide your body with essential fluids.
Iftar is also best time to sit together with family members at one place.
