The month of Ramadan is the month that many Muslims around the world have been waiting for the priority of doing obligations and good deeds such as fasting and performing obligatory prayers solemnly, reading the holy book Al-Quran and many more in it, one Muslims who welcome the month of Ramadan with joy are Muslims in Indonesia because the majority of the population is Muslim so the month of Ramadan in Indonesia is more pronounced. To welcome the holy month of Ramadhan, Muslims in Indonesia usually make various knick-knacks or decorations to beautify and provide a Ramadan atmosphere that is identical to the atmosphere of the Middle East, not only in the city center but usually in all areas, apart from the usual decorations for Muslims. in Indonesia they hold a thanksgiving event which is usually called "Munggahan" to signify that Fasting will start the next day. The Indonesian government also provides facilities to the community by holding an isbat session, namely where the Indonesian governmentmake research on the months to determine the start of the holy month of Ramadan or the regular oneit is called Rukyatul Hilal and also uses calendar calculations or what is usually calledreckoning.
On this occasion I will share various kinds of Ramadan decorations and sundries at my workplace, starting with me and the other staff who work in our customer service department, we wear Muslim koko and peci clothes which are very synonymous with Muslims in Indonesia to welcome the holy month of Ramadan. Apart from that, there are lots of ornaments and decorations in the mall area that are made and displayed throughout the month of Ramadan.
The decorations themselves are different every year depending on the theme agreed upon by the management, but usually the differences are not very visible because Ramadan itself is synonymous with eastern countries. in the middle, so you can imagine the difference hehe. Apart from that, there are also performances of the original Indonesian drum musical instrument and also dances to enliven Ramadan and provide encouragement during fasting, but unfortunately I don't have photos or videos, maybe next time I will provide documentation for you. Apart from decorations, usually in the month of Ramadan itself, there are many Muslim clothing bazaars which of course have lots of discounts, if you want to come straight away, hahaha.
and there are many other sundries that I will probably share with you throughout the month of Ramadhan so wait, see you again
