"An equation means nothing to me unless it expresses a thought of God.” - Srinivasa Ramanujan
Srinivasa Ramanujan is one of the most mysterical mathametician of our planet . Some of his
mathametical proves/theorems given by him hasn't yet understood by modern scientist. But though this are fully significant.Scientists are shocked by seeing such a man doing great things just having simple knowledge of math !
He (Ramanujan) claims to gain his formula, theorems from goddess called "Namagiri" in his dream. He then wake from dream and write those things on paper.
My thoughts on Ramanujan :
Ramanujan had such a consciousness that he was able to lucid dreaming easily. If you look his life he was a egoless simple man interested on mystery of universe. He looked math everywhere. Even he told G.Hardy that the taxi number of Ramanujan is not meaningless. It can be expressed as a sum of two cubes in two different way.
So Ramanujan was a very intuitive mathamatecian. In my perception Ramanujan's consciousness was (meditation, self-realization is key to have higher consciousness) to such a degree that he was able to download information from "Akashic Record" (In vedas Akashic Record is told to be such a place in this Universe which is filled with every knowledge, the man who has awakened his third eye can interact with Akashic Record)
So in the perspective of lucid dreaming and Akashic Record , it is possible to do such great work.
Difference between Ramanujan & other people is the level of consciousness. So we all should try to evolve our consciousness to such a degree. This can be done though the awareness of "self" i.e knowing your true self.Ask yourself "Who am I?"
Social conditioning, Negetive thoughts, fear & other illusions has stucked us so that we aren't able to taste the mystery of our existence in this huge cosmos.
So what I want to say is just Raise your awareness.Your Goal isn't to be Ramanujan. Your Goal is to evolve yourself and live in Harmony.

Very interesting post! I've never heard of him and I learned a lot from this. Do you think Einstein had similar experiences that helped with his inventions? Very inspirational. I hope to be able to access the Akashic Records some day too. :)
