If the US population is approx. 335 million, and the Ukraine population is about 38 million, that works out to about $520 in debt for every man, woman, and child in the US, and about $4,600 for every man, woman, and child in Ukraine. And a quick web search suggests the average cost of a mail order bride from eastern Europe is around $5000, so I think I know how Trump might arrange for reparations!
