not if it says it will normalize in the coming days but everyone is going apeshit because it does not work immediately.
That something unexpected happen sucks but this will work itself out as well.

Even EOS worked (key features) after being started - here every single thing was (and still is) fucked-up: no voting, no posting, no transfers, and most important: exchange wallets not working so no transactions with exchanges, meaning that current steem price is fictitious etc...
And it says that it will normalize, and keeps saying that instead of normalizing 😛
This whole thing should be reversed immediately, then improved and implemented only after serious testing and serious informational campaign.
the timeframe which was given is not reached yet so no reason to panic imo.
exchanges still disabled sucks but I dont mind that this much.
posting, voting etc seems to work now
Small account can do practically nothing - either posts once or power ups once. Would you power up in this situation? I would not as this would amount to depositing cash into bank which is about to go broke...
BTW I don't panic - luckily I have never put a single fiat penny into crypto. But the fact is that I am really pissed off especially after reading all those politically correct posts advertising big success of Hard Fork 20 😛
