Details: During the summer I traveled around Hokkaido and found this ramen shop while waiting to transfer trains. This was supposed to be a spicier ramen, but for me it was very mild. The broth tasted good, the beef was delicious, and the butter helped make the whole dish more savory and oishii. All in all though I was unimpressed as this was supposed to be their "special" ramen and I did not find it to be all that great, and I was disappointed in that it was not spicy. Unfortunately, I did not record the city or ramen shop for this image.

Nice photo! It seems delicious from here, I'm sad it doesn't correspond to reality!
Please come and visit my foodblog, too!
looks yummy but why rated it 7/10?
Hi Dante, i gave it 7/10 as it was supposed to be spicy and was not. Also, it was alittle expensive and was the restaurants "special" ramen, yet i have alot better of ramen while in Japan.
