I know, I know, I'm so vain! It must be a psychological thing. I used to be "the fat kid" at school, (although nothing close to what "fat" has come to mean these days...) and now I keep comparing myself to this weird ideal. In my teens most of my peers used to look better than me, in my 20s less so, and these days I can think of hardly anyone I know... maybe I'll start modeling when I'm in my 50's!
Going vegan you will definitely lose considerable weight, just be careful not to diminish your micro-nutrients, especially Vitamin B12. I recommend you to look into Spirulina! I cultivate that stuff (you can too, it's super simple, though nobody does it), so you can hit me up on any questions regarding it.
