RE: [Nomad rants] - The Generation of Participation Awards | How Entitlement reached Steemit

in #rant7 years ago

This is a really nice rant, I love it, they are good to your mind and soul. People should understand that contest are for having good times and posting stuff that you enjoy writing. Contest like this are the ones where you can actually write and write and write beacuse you are writing about something you love and that's part of your life even if you don't get a reward at the end, the thing here it's participate to see what happens. Focusing on how much a post it's going to give you instead of enjoying what are you doing it's not good, since you're basically ignoring the what are you doing or learning. This remaind of a classmate of my english course where she got upset because she didn't get 100 on her exhibition, saying that all the teacher before always gave her 100. This made me think that she was there just to presume about her grades. Life is full of ups and downs people, maybe you didn't do good here because life has something better for you in a future.
