This post certainly went into a realm I did not expect. I have trouble identifying with people I would term Millenials, because of the overflow of political correctness and modern values that many of them seem to embrace. After reading your words, I can see how foolish I am to associate this with the majority. I am a Gen-X'er myself, motivated to not repeat the debt burdened mistakes of my parents generation, but it has been a rough road finding career opportunities that will value me for my character and talents, instead of my schooling and pedigree. I believe in hard work, honesty, and never selling out my self worth to beg for scraps.
Anyway, looks like you got me on a rant too. You are doing a great job. When you know what kind of caliber of moral fiber you have, do not justify your actions to others who pretend they have more integrity than you. They thrive on drama and attention. You thrive on victory and an iron will.
