Very well said, I was raised by my mom just like that where I have to work hard or exert effort when i want something that I don't really need, I remember as early as 8 years old I stay in my mom's office every weekend or whenever I don't have a class to answer phone calls or watch her run the business. That's also the same thing I teach my children because I want them to be a person who never begged for anything and I also teach them that not all the time that you work hard that you should always be rewarded but if you continue working hard sooner or later all the efforts will result into something positive just be patient.

Ha! I was the same! I used to go to my mom´s office 2 or 3 times a week after school because there was no one to take care of me, so I would just help out other people in the office to do small tasks or at some point they would even just invent tasks for me to stay occupied :P

I think you are doing a great job with your children, teaching them about how real life is going to be when they grow up :)

Awe thank u so much! I just dont want them to be a burden to others and it has to start as young as they are now.
