Well, honestly, sometimes I do miss it. Not all the time, but sometime.
I remember living near UC campus on 17th Ave near 10th street. I'd ride my bike to work in the summer down 10th st to the bike paths along the river, and ride into the industrial parks in the south east of the city. Going back home up 10th street at the end of the day was a chore!
