This are the names that pops up if you are familiar with Forbes and the List of the Richest people in the World. From 1 to 5, this names occupies the list and you can't help but wonder if these guys actually stay on planet earth or they live on the moon.
These six richest multi-billionaires have a combined $363.3 billion at their withdrawal, most of which is still held as stakes in the companies they founded. However, part of their fortune is vested in real estate. Mr. Gates, for one, owns a Washington mansion worth about $170 million, several horse ranches across the U.S. and shares in some luxury hotel chains through his private investment firm, Cascade.- Mansion Global
- Coincidentally, Bill Gates and Jeff Bezos reside in the same location; Medina, Washington. This two extremely wealthy individual are age 60 and 52 respectively. With vast and multiple real estate properties, this two are among Americas largest land owners.
The Elderly Warren Buffett resides in Omaha, Nebraska where he has been living since 1958 when he bought it at $31, 500 and still lives there till date with some occasional renovation and revamping.
In Palo Alto, California resides the Facebook owner. The younger Billionaire owns a little real estate properties, with so many programming and coding; he might build a digital home for himself later on.
In Woodside Carlifonia resides Oracle executive chairman Larry Ellison, age 72. With additional properties in Japan, Hawaii, Rhode Island; this is a real estate mogul just like the US president.
- Michael Bloomberg, Former Mayor of New York City resides in Manhattan, New York. The Former Mayor also owns estates in the Hamptons in New York, as well as in London, Bermuda, Colorado and Florida.
