Vegan Food- Healthy Summer

image Hi everyone ! I didnt post for a while, i had a busy month with my exam ! I finally had my degree in literature :) Anyway, today I come back with a vegan recipe for a chill summer !

Here is what you need :
For the bread :
350g flour
175g almond or soy milk
2tea spoon of sugar
1ts of salt
100gr of non dairy butter
24 gr of Baker yeast

Then mix all dry ingredient, melt the butter, add the milk and add to your first mix. Let it rise for about an hour, then fill it with everything you want ! Put it in the oven for 35min at 180c
Here i cooked zucchini slice with oil and add mustard and soy yogourt as sauce :)
