Stimians Hello ! Today I will make a fresh ice cendol . Hope you like it :)
INGREDIENTS :
- 200 ml thick coconut milk that has been cooked
- 200 ml of water
- 150 grams of brown sugar thinly sliced
- 100 ml of water suji
- 100 grams of rice flour
- 100 grams of meat jackfruit cooked, cut into cubes 1 cm
- 100 ml of water
- 50 grams of corn starch
- 2 pandan leaf
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Ice cubes
HOW TO MAKE FRESH CENDOL ICE :
- Mix the rice flour, sago flour, suji water along with 200 ml of water. Cook over medium heat, stirring until slightly thickened evenly or resembling porridge.
- Fill a basin with cold water and then strain the rice flour dough wear special filter to form a cendol. Let the batter falls into the basin to form solidified.
- Boil coconut milk, salt and clever, lift when boiling.
- Boil sugar with 100 ml of water until dissolved and then thickens. Lift when it boils
The process takes less than an hour and manufacture enough to five servings. Avoid the use of green dye chemical. Use natural dyes such as pandan leaves or leaf suji suggested even more.
Put all the ingredients alternately to a glass or a transparent medium-size bowl. Put cendol first, then followed by the provision of adequate form of coconut milk, brown sugar and grated ice cubes as a topping. Do not add anything on top of ice cubes, whether it's sweetened condensed milk or syrup
