Baked apples in walnut raisin breading
Ingredients
- 50 g of raisins;
- 50 ml of rum ;
- 4 apples;
- 1 lemon;
- 30 g finely chopped almonds;
- 30 g finely chopped walnuts;
- 30 g finely chopped hazelnuts;
- 60 g brown sugar;
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon;
- 60 g butter + a little for lubrication;
- 4 cinnamon sticks.
Cooking
Soak the raisins in rum. Peel the apples, cut out the cores and pour the juice of whole lemon.
Mix almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, half the sugar and ground cinnamon. Cover the apples with a piece of melted butter and roll in the nut mixture well.
Grease the baking dish with oil and put apples there. Combine the raisins, 20 g of butter and the remaining sugar. Start this mixture with apples.
Insert cinnamon sticks into the apples along with the filling. Pour the remaining melted butter over the fruit. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 ° C.
