Ingredients
- 240 g of paste (preferably thin)
- 3 tablespoons of butter
- 2 minced cloves of garlic
- 5-6 cups chopped spinach (can be frozen)
- grated parmesan
- salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Cooking
Boil the pasta in a separate pan until cooked. Set aside and leave ½ cup of water in which it was boiled.
In the same pan, heat the butter. Add chopped garlic and sauté it for 2-3 minutes. Then add the boiled pasta and spinach. Cook until the spinach leaves are soft. If the paste begins to burn, add a little water. At the end, put a little grated Parmesan in the pan, mix well, salt and pepper to taste.
Put the prepared pasta in a large dish and add some more cheese.
