It is widely believed that countries or communities that consume large amounts of fish in their diets are more intelligent than others. This statement sounds doubtful, but it can also be completely true.
Research has shown that certain confirmatory substances important for a person's brain development are found in much more evidence in oily fish. Sharing with you a delicious red fish recipe.
Ingredients
- ½ loaf or loaf of white bread;
- 100-150 g of red fish;
- 1 lemon
- 100 g butter;
- red caviar - to taste;
- halibut caviar - to taste;
- several branches of dill.
Cooking
Cut bread and fish into slices. Remove the zest from the lemon and grate it on a fine grater. Squeeze 2 tablespoons of lemon juice from the pulp.
Soften the oil at room temperature. Beat in a blender with zest and juice.
Grease each slice of bread with lemon oil. Put fish and caviar on top. Garnish with greens.
