specially beef liver ! but here in Iran beef liver is a few expensive so.. chicken liver and french fried is a good choice and i sometimes cook it
but i don't use coconut milk in it , this time I will try, thanks anyway !

To be honest I even prefer the chicken liver instead of beef. But beef liver is not easily smashed like chicken liver. For the sake of appearance is using beef liver is definitely better.
