Sausage Cheese Balls
Ready In: 40 minutes
Can make up to: 12 servings
INGREDIENTS:
one (16 ounce) package bulk mild pork sausage
one (16 ounce) package bulk hot pork sausage
one (8 ounce) package shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
two cups biscuit baking mix
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preparation Period: 20 minutes
Cooking Period: 20 minutes
Prepared In: 40 minutes
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Combine mild sausage and hot sausage in a large bowl till equally blended.
Mix Cheddar cheese into sausage mixture. Combine biscuit baking mix into sausage mixture about half cup at a time till baking mix is moist.
Roll meat mixture into one and quarter to one and half inch balls. Place meatballs on prepared baking sheet.
Bake in the 400 degrees preheated oven till meatballs are no longer pink in the center and cheese is browned, about twenty minutes.
