Japaleno Spread

INGREDIENTS:

quarter cup mayonnaise
two teaspoons diced canned jalapeno peppers
two teaspoons juice from canned jalapeno peppers
half teaspoon ground cumin
quarter teaspoon sugar
half teaspoon paprika
one-eight teaspoon cayenne pepper
one-eight teaspoon garlic powder

INSTRUCTIONS:

Preparation Period: 15 minutes
Cooking Period: 5 minutes
Prepared In: 20 minutes

In a blender or food processor, blend together the mayonnaise, diced jalapenos, jalapeno juice, cumin, sugar, paprika, cayenne pepper, and garlic powder. Mix till soft and jalapeno is completely pureed, about one minute. Season to taste with salt, as required.
