Ingredients :
140 grams of wheat flour
7.5 grams baking powder
1 tablespoon custard powder
28 grams of tapioca starch
2 eggs
140 grams of white sugar
28 grams of milk
140 ml water
28 grams of vegetable oil, to make dough egg
a small amount of vegetable oil, for smearing the mold
2 drops of vanilla essence
How to make :
1. First, mix and strain the usual flour + baking powder + + tapioca starch custard powder. Set aside.
2. Beat the eggs and mix into white sugar using a wooden stirrer. Gradually add milk and water. Stir well.
3. Add the sifted flour mixture (1) into the egg mixture (2). Stir thoroughly until a smooth dough is formed.
4. Add the vanilla essence and mix well.
5. Finally add the vegetable oil.
6. Cover the dough with cling wrap and refrigerate for one hour.
7. Take the dough results of eggs from the refrigerator half an hour before use; allow to return to room temperature.
8. Heat each side of the mold, and brush a thin layer of oil on each side.
9. Pour the egg to the results of a large size glass for ease of pouring into molds.
10. Pour the egg and fill the mold results until the fullness of the 80% full. Close mold and holds a firm grip to keep both and tight-fitting lid. Then, feedback and turn the closed mold to have a stuffed egg mixture evenly in the mold. Forth across the mold and place it on the stove. Use medium heat to cook each side for 1 to 2 minutes until the egg is cooked waffles and thus can be easily removed from the mold.
11. Use a fork to remove the waffles eggs from the mold and place it on a cake cooling rack to cool.
12. Repeat steps 8 to 11 until all the dough is finished results
