Do you love a good Roast with veggies for dinner?..I know
my family does. My boys usally get there plate and are coming
back for seconds before i know it. Its one of there favorite
dishes that i make. And its pretty simple to make.
Here is what you will need to make one
*A bottom round roast
*Butter
*Carrots(sliced)
*Potatoes
*Onions
Pre heat your oven to 450
In a deep dish lay your roast into the pan and cover it in your
favorite seasiongs(I always use salt,pepper,garlic,and a meat tenderizer seasiong)
Cut up little chunks of butter and lay it all over your now seasoned roast
Cover it with a lid and bake for one hour
While your roast is in the oven for this hour cut up your carrots, potatoes and onions
(into little chunks)
Once your roast has baked for an hour get the roast out and lay your carrots,potatoes
and onions on top of your roast.
Add lots of the same seasiongs that you used on the meat.
Add chunks of butter all over your veggies.(this is what will make the juice,so put
alot of butter!)
Back into the oven it goes for another 2 hours.
