A very tasty recipe indeed, @papa-pepper! I always use fresh lime or lemon in almost everything I cook! Adds little kick to most foods especially meat dishes. I haven't tried deer jerky, but perhaps this year. My friend has promised us a deer this year! I am so looking forward to it.
