INGREDIENTS
one hundred wonton wrappers
one and half pounds ground pork
one tablespoon minced fresh ginger root
four cloves garlic
two tablespoons thinly sliced green onion
four tablespoons soy sauce
three tablespoons sesame oil1 egg
five cups finely shredded Chinese cabbage
PROCESS
In a large sized bowl, mix the pork, ginger, garlic, green onion, soy sauce, sesame oil, egg and cabbage. Blend till well mixed.
Put one heaping teaspoon of pork filling onto each wonton skin. Moisten edges with water and fold edges over to form a triangle shape. Roll edges slightly to seal in filling. Set dumplings aside on a lightly floured surface till ready to cook.
