Spicy Turkey Goulash
INGREDIENTS
one pound lean ground turkey
one (fourteen ounce) can stewed
three cloves garlic
one cup tomato sauce
two teaspoons white sugar
half teaspoon dried basil
one (sixteen ounce) package bow tie pasta
PROCESS
In a large sized pan over medium heat, cook the turkey till browned.
Mix in the stewed tomatoes, garlic, tomato sauce, sugar and basil, and then simmer for about twenty minutes.
Bring a large sized pan of lightly salted water to a broil. Put pasta and cook for eight - ten minutes or till al dente, and then strrain. Blend the pasta and turkey mixture; toss and enjoy.
