Chyou White Sauce
Preperation Period: 15 minutes
Cooking Period: 6 minutes
Total Cooking Period: 21 minutes
Can make up to: 3 cups
INGREDIENTS
three cups of clear vegetable stock
three tbsp cornflour
one tbsp oil
half cup finely sliced onions
two tsp finely sliced ginger
two tsp finely sliced garlic
a pinch of sugar
salt to your liking
PROCESS
Mix the cornflour and clear vegetable stock in a deep dish, blend well and keep aside.
Heat the oil in a broad non-stick pan, add the onions, ginger and garlic and sauté on a high flame for one minute.
Put the cornflour-vegetable stock mixture, sugar and salt, bend well and cook on a high flame for five minutes, while mixing time to time.
Use as suggested.
