Try this thick and creamy blender recipe for mashed cauliflower. First recipe that I've tried that actually tastes like mashed potatoes!! Low calories, yet unbelievably filling!
1 lb of cauliflower ( I used riced cauliflower)
2 to 3 tablespoons of coconut flour
1 tsp of onion powder
1 tsp of sea salt

how interesting , never thought of trying cauliflower , I usually go for potatoes , sweet potatoes are delicious too x
Try it out! You can actually eat so much more for way less calories! Oh and be sure to cook the cauliflower first!
