RECIPE: Wet Chocolate Cake

To prepare this rich and provocative cake we will need the following ingredients.

3 cups flour (375 gr.)
1 cup cocoa (cocoa powder) (86 gr.)
2 teaspoons baking soda (9 gr.)
1/2 teaspoon salt (3 gr.)
3 eggs
1 1/2 cup sunflower oil (375 ml)
1 1/2 cup buttermilk (375 ml)
2 teaspoons vanilla essence
2 1/2 cups sugar (500 gr.)
Chocolate Fudge (for cake filling and bathing)

After having all our ingredients ready, proceed to prepare following the step by step that I leave you below:

preparation:

Preheat oven to 350 ° F / 180 ° C. (We turn it on and let it warm up while we are preparing our recipe)

We greased three molds 22 centimeters in diameter, placed paper butter in the bottom of each, greased and sprinkled flour.

In a bowl we sift the flour together with baking soda, salt and cocoa (cocoa powder) and reserve.

Separately in another bowl mix the eggs together with the oil, buttermilk and vanilla. We add the dry ingredients in two batches and mix with wrapping movements.

Add the sugar and mix thoroughly until completely integrated.

We put the dough in the molds and bake for 25 minutes, until when inserting a tester, come out clean.

Let cool for about 10 minutes in the mold, then demold on a grid and let it cool completely. If desired, match the top of two of the punches, place one of them in the base, fill, cover with the second, fill and place the third. That way we can get our cake filled with chocolate and more flavor we give.

Finally, we bathe with the cholocate the cake and decorate to taste.
