Ingredients :
-Rice Rice 12 Sdm
-Santan 550 ml
-Air 800ml
-Salm 1/2 Sdm
-Daun Pandan 1 Sheet
- Cocopandan Syrup enough
-Ice cubes as needed
How to make :
Put the rice and salt flour into the water, stir well until the rice flour is not clumped
Heat a mixture of rice flour, salt and water over low heat while stirring constantly
Enter the pandan leaves, stirring constantly
Approximately 15 minutes, put the coconut milk, stirring constantly until the pulp thickens perfectly and explodes. Turn the fire off and lift it up
PREFERRED RECOMMENDATIONS: Take the bowl, put in enough marrow porridge, pour the cocopandan syrup on top and give ice cubes. Fresh cocopandan ice is ready to relieve thirst. Happy cooking
