Ingredients
1 Cup Brown Rice
400G Frozen Prawns
Half a white onion
6-7 Mushrooms
Mixed Peppers
Ground Black Pepper
Salt
Method
Boil the brown rice
While the brown rice is cooking, in a pan cook the onion, mushrooms and peppers until soft and have turned a little brown.
Then add in the prawns, cook until a nice colour.
Once the brown rice is cooked add it to the vegetables.
Mix all the ingredients in the pan and season with black pepper and salt.
Cooking time: 45 minutes
