It's been a while since I ate tuna. If Mother goes to a vegetable seller and there are cobs of shredded pieces directly, I think it would be nice to make spicy rica cob eaten with hot rice

MATERIAL:
1/2 kg cob, cut according to taste (fried first)
4 pieces of orange leaf
2 bay leaves
1 lemongrass stalk
1 handful of basil
Leek
Salt
Sugar
Mushroom powder broth
SPOILED SPEED:
6 cloves of shallot
5 cloves of garlic
3 cm galangal
2 cm ginger
2 cm turmeric
3 pcs of pecan
15 pcs of cayenne pepper
10 pcs of red chili
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon coriander powder
HOW:
Saute seasoning which is mashed with enough cooking oil. Add bay leaves, orange leaves and lemongrass. Cook until fragrant.
Add salt, sugar and mushroom powder broth
Add water and add fish. Stir well. Don't forget the taste correction. Cook until the water has shrunk and the spices have seeped in .
Finally enter the basil leaves. Stir well. Cook for a while .
