Chia Seeds Pudding

Hope you all are okay. I'm here to share a no cooking recipe after a long time otherwise cooking on stove is always involved in majority of my recipes. This is a breakfast recipe which is not only delicious to eat but having multiple health benefits which I will share later in this post.

The last night, we observed full moon which was a whole vibe. Loved to enjoy such natural moments together with my hubby. We were walking on rooftop where we have seen the most beautiful moon. Forgot to capture the image. Now I will wait for the next month to see the full moon.

Let's talk about the recipe which I am going to share. Its chia seeds pudding which can be eaten in the breakfast. You guys should take chia seeds daily. Let me tell you that this is not your regular basil seeds if you are confuse with. Here I am pasting the chia seeds image that someone sent me for review.

Chia Seeds are full of antioxidants and omega 3 fatty acids which is must for maintaining a healthy body. Its an excellent source of Fiber which makes your tummy full for longer because it takes longer to digest. This is why it is good for the people who are weight-loss journey. It also decrease the chances of heart diseases.

Let's get started with recipe:

⚡️ Ingredients:

NameQuantity
Chia Seeds2-3tbsp
Fresh Milk1/2cup
Honey1tbsp
Mango1 Slice
Banana2 medium size
Oats2-3tbsp
Mixed 7 seeds1tbsp

Method:

  1. First off, soak chia seeds in milk and set aside for an overnight

  2. Take a bowl, add the soaked chia seeds

  3. Add oats, mixed 7 seeds, sliced cut banana, and mango cubes

  4. Drizzle some honey as per choice and eat
