ok......attractive in looking but I am more interested in what i am eating.....How healthy and nutritious it is........In the recipe you have tomatoes which is a good source of vitamin A,phytochemicals, vitamins and minerals. while your soy sauce is is very low in Saturated Fat and Cholesterol. It is also a good source of Riboflavin, Vitamin B6, Magnesium and Copper, and a very good source of Protein, Niacin, Iron, Phosphorus and Manganese. The lime leave promotes oral health.........Now you know why this food is healthy and nutritious.............
