Kachumbar Style
Ingredients
two hundred gm baby spinach
two Tbsp canola oil
three Tbsp garlic
one tsp green chilli
Salt to your liking
two Tbsp ginger
one fresh red chilli
three to four garlic
one tsp cumin seed
Instructions:
In heavy bottom baking pan, heat up the canola oil. Temper with cumin seeds and garlic. Let garlic turn golden brown, then put ginger, chillies and spinach.
Quickly throw over high flame so spinach wilts off nicely but does not overcook to lose flavors.
