Wheat Chapati
Ingredients
one cup whole wheat flour
one pinch salt
one tablespoon olive oil
quarter cup water
Instructions:
Sift together flour and salt in a bowl. Mix in olive oil and water, and then knead till firm and elastic. Divide into four balls, and roll as flat as possible with a rolling pin. Heat a frying pan over medium-high fire. Cook the chapati on both sides till golden brown, about oneone minute per side. If desired, sprinkle with additional olive oil before serving.
