Paneer Malpua

Ingredients
one hundred grams of paneer, grater
Lost one hundred grams, grated
fifty gm arrowroot
one hundred twenty ml (ml) Milk
quarter t spoon cardamom pider
Ghee to fry
one cup sugar
one hundred twenty ml (ml) water
quarter teaspoon saffron
Almonds, sliced into pieces
Instructions:
- Firstly blend the paneer, lost, cardamom powder and arrowroot.
- After this combine the milk and prepare a thick mixture.
- Add sugar, water and saffron in a pan, prepare the sugar syrup and cook till it turns the wire off.
- Heaten up the ghee in the pan and put one to two teaspoon mixture to it and fry till light brown color from both sides.
- After frying, dip it in syrup and leave it. After a while, remove the masupua from the chamber and offer it.
