Rice Idli
Recipe Servings: 6
Preparation Period: 5 Minutes
Cooking Period: 40 Minutes
Total Cooking Period: 45 Minutes
Ingredients
one and half cup Rice
a cup of peel
two tspoon salt
Instructions:
- Strain rice and lentils in water for five to six hours.
- Now grind the lentils and make a fine paste and grind rice lightly.
- The equivalent rate of sand. Stir both mixture together and put salt to it.
- Put a little water and dilute the paste. The solution should not be too thick.
- Now wrap it and leave it for a whole night in a warm place.
- Blend the mixture into the molds of Idli and steam and serve hot.
