Total Cooking Period: 1 Hour and 10 Minutes

Ingredients
twenty pieces of chicken, around twelve gms each
one Tbsp chili powder
one tsp turmeric powder
one Tbsp ginger garlic paste
one tsp Garam masala powder
two lemons, juice
one Tbsp rice powder
one Tbsp corn flour
one egg, beaten
Salt to your liking
Oil for frying
For the garam masala:
one marathi mokku or caper
three star anise
two mace flower
half nutmeg, the size of a peanut
four cloves
one cinnamon sticks (2 inch)
half tsp raw rice, roasted

Instructions:
1.Blend all the ingredients namely chili powder, turmeric, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice and beaten egg with rice flour & corn flour.
2.This will give you your marinade.
3.Smear the marination on the chicken pieces and leave it for about thirty minutes.
4.Fry the chicken in hot oil.
5.Provide with raw onion and lemon wedges.
