Ingredients
two hundred and fifty Gram Atta (wheat flour)
two hundred and fifty Gram Ghee
two hundred and fifty Gram Sugar
half Cup Milk
fifteen Gram Green Cardamom Powder
twenty five Gram Cashew Nut
twenty five Gram Almond
twenty five Gram Raisins
Instructions:
1.In pan or kadhai, heat ghee and put the wheat flour.
2.Fry on a flame mixing continuously until it is brown in colour and starts leaving aroma.
3.Eliminate from the heat and move it into a dish and allow cooling until it is warm in temperature.
4.Put sugar and cardamom powder. Mix milk, split the mixture into equal portions and
5.Shape into a ping-pong sized balls.
6.Enhanc each ball with the dry fruit mixture or can mix with mixture.
