Cendol Made Cakes Steamed And Steamed Banana Cake

 Hallo friend terbaikkua friend, how are you today.
today I will share a recipe traditional Javanese food. namely timpan, assorted timpan made by my mother. and it will be discussed on this day.  Miscellaneous is wrong, there is nothing sweet, nothing wrong Fried banana and pumpkin fault, and still more various kinds of fault,
This time I made the wrong potatoes, bananas and baklava. 

LEPAT CENDOL. (cake steamed food Cendol )



 ingredients:


1 pack of French fries (kids agak2 can follow the taste of many)
1 cup cornmeal
4 cups coconut milk (not condensed and does not melt)
sugar 4sudu
A pinch of salt
banana leaves (cut like a pack of error)

Cook the coconut milk, corn flour, salt, sugar until thoroughly cooked. Make sure it is fast and relatively quickly. During cooking, the fire has a chaotic and fast-pace a bit so it does not freeze.

2 cups water
3 cups rice flour

1 cup brown sugar

Method:

Cook brown sugar and white sugar with 2 cups to boil.
Cool and set aside first.

                              


Cook the coconut milk in a saucepan until boiling.

                                                              


Combine coconut milk cooked with sugar into the flour and knead until smooth.

                                    


Take a banana leaf and wrap with banana leaves until the dough runs out.
Steamed until cooked. 

                                  


                                      


 After steamed and steamed banana cake ready to be served.
