half cup mirin
half cup sake
two teaspoons white sugar
quarter teaspoon ginger puree
two teaspoons cornstarch
two teaspoons water
Instructions:
Bring the soy sauce, mirin, sake, sugar, and ginger puree to a boil in a saucepan. Reduce fire to medium low. For a marinade, remove from fire and allow to cool. How sad! I will watch out for it then and will not post again. Plagoarism is a writer's enemy and so many people seem to think it OK. It's not. Thank you for catching this out.
How interesting and what a co-incidence! I was in a small restaurant today in my local town of Kingston (upon Thames) lunching with my daughter and granddaughter. She in particular loved Teriyaki sauce and puts it on everything! They are very generous with their condiments too and serve hot and cold dishes, all very tasty. Now I can make some for my granddaughter from your recipe. Or should I thank Bob? Thank you.
