Ingredients
1half cup unsalted butter, melted
one and quarter cups white sugar
three eggs
one teaspoon vanilla extract
three cups rice flour
one teaspoon baking powder
three cups milk
one can sweetened red bean paste
Instructions:
Heaten up the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large sized pan, blend together the butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla and milk. Mix in the rice flour and baking powder. Fill the batter into the prepared pan. Drop red bean paste by scant teaspoonfuls onto the top of the cake. If spoonfuls are too big, the filling will sink to the bottom.
Cook for one hr and ten minutes in the heaten up oven, or till cake springs back when lightly touched.
