I do and very often, in dreams, desserts usually represent the enjoyment of the good things in life, indulgence, excesses, celebrations, rewards and temptations, as desserts are served at the end of a meal, it is also frequent that these represent the final stages or the completion of some pending project or issue, they can also be harmful in excess, so if you believe in dreams be careful since you can warn us of the need to be a little more cautious in our opinions and ambitions in general.
Ingredients:
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 can of milk cream
- 12 g of hydrated flavored gelatin with 5 tablespoons of water
- 1/2 cup of lemon juice (4 lemons)
- Zest of 2 lemons to decorate
Preparation:
Start the recipe by hydrating the jelly with warm water, reserve. In the blender beat the lemon juice, the condensed milk, the cream of milk and the gelatin hydrated for 3 to 5 minutes, or until the cream is homogeneous and aerated, then transfer the mixture to a mold with a central hole or your preference, slightly moist and take to the fridge for about 4 hours or until the flan is firm. If desired, speed up the process, you can place it in the freezer for 1 hour and then keep in the fridge for more than half an hour. Pass a knife on the sides of the shape, finish with the lemon rasps and voila.
