Here I leave you step by step to make these rich bread in the form of braids and pineapple.

Let's make the dough many people make it in a bowl and then pass the mixture to a table to finish the process, I make my dough directly on my kitchen table as I will show you below.

Place the 650 grams of flour on the table and add the 4 eggs, a pinch of salt, a pinch of baking powder, 500 grams of sugar, the cup of oil, and 2 small teaspoons of vanilla, all together once and carefully they are joining all the ingredients, since they do not have the water yet, do not worry about spreading something, the important thing is that all the ingredients are united.

When they feel the soft dough they place it as they leave it in the video and they cover it with a plastic bag and let it rest for 30 minutes.

When the bread is ready we grab the trays and grease them with oil just as they do when they are making a cake, and we place the loaves.

At this moment they are covered like a plastic bag and left to rest for 8 hours in a warm place and that they do not take air.

Here if I make clear an important point: as I do not use yeast my bread will take the time mentioned above, but if I had placed yeast growth is faster, since that is practically an accelerant for the bread to grow fast, in a bakery can not afford to wait for the bread to make its natural process of growth, that's why they use yeast, I recommend that if you do not know how to use it, do as I do, wait for your process, and if yeast is used but I did not have at the time.

Preheat the oven to (200 degrees C). and when the oven has the right temperature, put the loaves.

Bake 40 to 60 minutes in the preheated oven, until the rolls are golden brown.
