Method: To make the potato samosas, first add two pinches of flour and mix 1/2 tablespoon oil or ghee. Keep the kneaded dough for a while. Heat a big spoon of oil in a non stick pan. Add Ginger Paste, Coriander Powder, Turmeric Powder, Cumin Powder, Salt, Sugar, Cashew and Raisin, and fry for 2 minutes. Then add green peas, mix well and fry it. Make a little bit of the kneaded flour again and make a little bit of the dough and make a small dough from the dough.
