One of my favorite weekend snacks or as a side to a meal. Kale Chips! Nutritious and easy to make!
🌿One bunch kale, tough stems removed, torn into 1 to 1.5 inch pieces (I used green leaf kale)
🌿2 TBSP coconut oil
🌿1/4 tsp. salt
👉Preheat oven to 275°F
👉Wash and thoroughly dry the kale and place in large bowl
👉 Pour melted coconut oil over the kale and thoroughly coat each leaf
👉 Spread the kale out on large baking sheet and sprinkle with the salt
👉Bake for 40 to 60 minutes depending on the variety of kale you are using (until crispy).

I like to squeeze a little bit of fresh lemon or lime juice 🍋over the kale chips right before serving! Enjoy!
