Hello friends, here I bring you a very quick recipe of Chocolate Charlotte, which although it is not a traditional Venezuelan sweet, if it is highly consumed in our country Venezuela and dates from about 1829, with the arrival of "el frio" or Ice and fridges. The Marquesa is nothing more than a dessert that combines cream and cookies and accepts any variation.
Ingredients:
2 boxes of Pudding
4 cups milk
1 package of cookies "María"
Liquid vanilla
preparation:
Pour the milk into a pan over low heat and immediately add the contents of the two boxes of pudding mix and stir constantly
Turn off the mixture when it is thick, remove from heat and allow to cool.
gradually soak the Mary cookies in milk with a dash of vanilla and place a layer of them in a preferably rectangular mold, alternating with a layer of chocolate pudding and so on to finish with the layer of pudding. (Optional chocolate raisin, grated coconut, filleted almonds, chocolate chips, that is to everyone's liking or to free imagination).
Once the layers are ready, put in dessert in the refrigerator at least 4 hours and ready to eat!
