It's not only used by Indonesians so I guess one can find it in any Asia shops.
You could even find it in Amazon. It's also available as jelly, so you need not to cook it anymore.

Indonesian words will be spoken just like the way it's written.
"Es" will be spoken like "S".
"Cin", will be spoken like if you want to say "China".
"Cau", will be spoken as it's written.
